All data you enter into the App - including your workout logs, exercise history, and settings - is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server or third party.

- All workout data is saved directly on your iPhone/iPad.
- No account creation is required.
- No internet connection is required to use the App.
- You have full control over your data at all times.
3. Data Import & Export
The App allows you to:
- Import data from files stored on your device.
- Export data to a PDF file on your device.
These operations happen entirely on your device. No data is transmitted to us or any third party during import or export.
4. Third-Party Services
SimpleLifts does not use:
- Analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel)
- Advertising networks
- Crash reporting services
- Any third-party SDKs that collect data
5. Children's Privacy
SimpleLifts does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
